Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking an RF/mmW Test Engineer to develop industrial test solutions for mass production. You will contribute to the design and execution of test strategies, balancing electrical performance, cost, and time-to-market while working with global teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with RF/mmW testing, ATE systems, and PCB loadboard design, ensuring testability and quality across new products.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of RF/mmW test development experience using ATE-systems.
• Experience in RF/mmW PCB design for developing ATE loadboard as well as contacting technology selection.
• Deep knowledge in RF/ mmW measurement techniques, design for testability, and High-speed digital.
• Familiar with quality screening techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production.
• Drive deliverables to timely completion with high quality.
• Collaborate with the design team during development and specify test features.
• Define test strategy and create test programs and ATE hardware.
• Prepare test setups for formal product qualification and release into mass production.
