Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an RF/mmW Test Engineer to develop industrial test solutions for mass production. You will drive test deliverables, balance electrical performance with cost, and contribute to the design-for-test strategy from early specification through to qualification and mass production release.

The role requires 5–10 years of RF/mmW test experience, PCB design for ATE loadboards, and deep knowledge of RF measurement techniques, with fluent English in a global team environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of RF/mmW test development experience with ATE-systems.
• Experience in RF/mmW PCB design for developing ATE loadboard.
• Deep knowledge in RF/mmW measurement techniques, design for testability, and high-speed digital.
• Fluency in English language both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production.
• Drive deliverables to timely completion with high quality expected by customers.
• Define test strategy and associated test programs and ATE hardware.
• Prepare test setup for formal product qualification and release into mass production.
