Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a demanding industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in industrial operations, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and automation.
• Proficient in production management methods and tools to lead operations and achieve performance objectives.
• Solid understanding of quality standards and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations from production planning through final delivery, achieving quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure site performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes, workflows, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Promote Lean Management to enhance productivity and standardization.
• Coordinate interactions between Manufacturing and Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and After-Sales Support.
• Develop, coach, and motivate production teams; drive engagement and accountability.
• Lead HR processes within area of responsibility, including recruitment, performance reviews, talent development, and career progression.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance while fostering a culture of prevention and excellence.
• Contribute to investment decisions and resource optimization aligned with budgetary objectives.
• Provide regular reports to senior management with results, actions, and opportunities for improvement.
