Bel Group is seeking an Industrial Performance Project Manager (M/F/X) in Dole, France, to lead continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. You will drive the Bel Manufacturing Model, ensuring SMQCDE performance through diagnostics, cost reductions, and standardized practices.

Qualifications

• General engineer with experience in performance improvement.
• 3–5 years of experience in production, maintenance, or related industrial environments.
• Experience in facilitating continuous improvement processes, workshops and training.
• Knowledge of standardization and improvement tools (5S, TPM, VSM, LEAN, KAIZEN, WCM).
• Strong experience in shaping an operational excellence system and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in project management methodology.
• Strong experience with dashboards, KPIs, and visual management.
• Excellent communication and ability to unite teams.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to establishing the strategic roadmap for the site and improvement projects.
• Deploys continuous improvement policy by coordinating BMM pillars.
• Drives productivity, efficiency, and profitability through diagnostics and cost reduction initiatives.
• Audits and benchmarks current practices against the site’s strategic plan and BMM.
• Trains teams on standards and improvement tools and supports change management.
