Job summary
Harmattan AI in France is seeking a Group Cost Controller to own the Industrial, R&D, and other operating costing. You will collaborate with the FP&A Manager to structure, develop, and continuously improve the industrial P&L, cost performance monitoring, and decision-support across multiple entities.
The role blends hands-on analysis with higher-level structuring: cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI definition, and supporting ERP implementations to ensure accurate inventory and cost
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in cost or industrial controlling within a manufacturing or complex production environment.
- Expert-level Excel and strong financial modelling, plus hands-on experience with an ERP system.
- Ability to build a controlling framework from a blank page, autonomous and structured.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Bachelor or Master’s in Finance/Business/Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Build the industrial P&L and the costing framework.
- Monitor production costs, inventory levels and variances.
- Run monthly closings, business reviews, forecasts and budgets for the industrial scope.
- Contribute to the Odoo implementation and ensure reliable inventory tracking.
- Drive cost visibility and optimization beyond the plant across operating costs.
