Jobtailor in Île-de-France, Clichy, is seeking a Finance Controller to manage monthly financial reporting, budgeting processes and profitability analyses. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs and provide analytical support to executive management, collaborating with accounting and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has strong cost accounting knowledge, advanced Excel, ERP experience (JDE or SAP) and fluency in English for cross-border interactions within the European Group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Cost accounting and cost construction methods.
• Experience in an industrial environment with cost analyses.
• Excellent Excel skills including modeling and automation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or SAP.
• Proficiency with a BI tool (Power BI or BO).
• Fluent in English for European BU and Group interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting
• Produce a reliable, consistent monthly reporting package on time
• Perform economic analyses and necessary controls in close cooperation with Accounting
• Develop and distribute performance dashboards
• Conduct profitability analyses by site, customer, contract, and flow
• Communicate performance results to the Group and Executive Management
• Structure, facilitate and secure the budgeting process
• Produce financial trajectories (P&L, CAPEX, balance sheet)
• Monitor budgets monthly, analyze variances and anticipate deviations
• Define and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify performance optimization levers
• Provide analytical and financial support to Management requests

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
• Good mastery of cost accounting and cost construction mechanisms
• Proven experience in an industrial environment (cost analysis, margins, processes, productivity)
• Excellent Excel skills (modeling, automation, making reporting reliable)
• Experience with an ERP system (JDE, SAP or equivalent)
• Good command of a Business Intelligence tool (BO, Power BI or equivalent)
• Fluent English (regular interactions with European Business Units and Group)
