LVMH Métiers d'Art, based in Paris, seeks a senior Controlling Manager to drive industrial Controlling, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across multiple entities. You will lead performance reporting, challenge business assumptions, and deliver value through robust financial models and processes.

The role requires a strong finance business partner mindset, experience in manufacturing environments, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years in industrial controlling in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience as finance business partner and ability to challenge stakeholders.
• Track record in performance improvement and transformation projects.
• Fluency in French & English; Italian/Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic finance partner to entities within the scope.
• Harmonize costing methodologies and industrial controlling practices across the perimeter.
• Coordinate and consolidate industrial performance reporting (revenue, costs, margins, KPIs).
• Lead budgeting and multi-year planning; integrate eco-transformation into financial projections.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Monitor cash flow, capex, and monitor variances; ensure data reliability across functions.
