The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Junior Income Auditor to join the Financial Management team in Paris. You will monitor daily revenues for the hotel, prepare the daily report for stakeholders, and help ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, rigorous, and organized, with numeric confidence and prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. French fluency and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Autonomy, rigour and organization required.
• Strong analytical ability and numeric comfort.
• Experience in a similar role in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of the hotel industry helpful.

Responsabilités

• Control the hotel's daily revenues and ensure accuracy.
• Establish and communicate the hotel's daily revenue report to stakeholders.
• Reconcile revenue from various sources (F&B, rooms, spa, online sales).
• Draft internal procedures and design activity dashboards.

The iconic Haussmannian building comprises 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites that are among the most spectacular in the capital. In collaboration with the wonderful team at The Peninsula Paris hotel, we are looking for a Junior Income Auditor to join the Financial Management team.

Key accountabilities

• Control the hotel's daily revenues
• Establish and communicate the hotel's daily report to various stakeholders
• Daily control of: F&B offers and corrections, complimentary rooms, card refunds, Payzen, Seven Room, Seven Room prepayments, internet purchases, internet payment reconciliation, Spa revenue
• Draft internal procedures
• Define main control orientations and indicators to be implemented
• Design activity dashboards
• Reconcile revenue from various providers (car/spa/etc.)
• Reconcile non-revenue and miscellaneous revenue
