XTB online investing is expanding its Paris-based Sales team and seeks a Junior Sales Representative to engage inbound leads and support clients in selecting appropriate investment solutions. You will work closely with an Account Manager and Team Leader in a role that blends training, client education, and direct sales.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Persuasion and persistence are essential for handling inbound leads.
• Proactive and flexible approach in a dynamic sales environment.
• Strong interest in the economic and financial sector.
• Comfortable using software tools including investment platforms and management tools.

Responsabilités

• Active contact with new users of XTB’s investment solutions (mainly by phone).
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions based on XTB’s products and services.
• Follow-up calls and scheduling of in-person meetings.
• Provide training on financial markets and how to use XTB’s investment platforms.
• No prospecting required — inbound leads only.
