XTB France is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support the Sales department based in Paris La Défense. You will handle inbound calls, identify client needs, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

You'll work under an Account Manager and a Team Leader, with internal training and career development opportunities. The role is a CDI contract with 1 day of remote work per week, in a dynamic financial environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• French fluency required.
• Bachelor’s level (Bac+2/3) or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain proactive.

Responsabilités

• Active contact with new users mainly by phone.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Follow-up calls and schedule in-person meetings.
• Provide training on financial markets and on how to use XTB’s platforms.
• Evolving duties based on departmental needs.
• No prospecting required - inbound leads only.
