• Oversee in-store HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance, and Rewards.
• Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Support appraisal processes and training needs with Talent Development.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed and documentation is maintained.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improve engagement and performance.
• Coordinate headcount and budgeted hours in line with local laws.
