Job summary

The Facility & Travel Management Division of the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate a varied portfolio of property services and facility management projects across its working environment. You will manage needs assessment, planning, procurement follow-up, budgets, contracts and milestones.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field; project-management qualification an asset.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience delivering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with dashboards and IT tools; knowledge of ERP systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a varied portfolio of projects from needs through to implementation and completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, action logs, budgets and dashboards.
• Prepare clear project updates, briefing notes and records for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain an overview of the division’s project portfolio and schedule, anticipating milestones.
• Support procurement, contract milestones and SLA tracking; coordinate with internal teams.
• Coordinate internal contributors and external providers; ensure timely follow-up.
