vinciconstructionsi is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee all aspects of project controls for an international construction project, including cost control, planning/scheduling, risk management, and reporting. The role requires a master’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least five years of relevant experience.

The position involves working abroad in a challenging environment, regular travel to the project site, and a 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in remote/project environments and rotating schedules.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (Primavera P6), and update the project schedule to reflect actual progress and identify potential delays.
• Manage the project budget, including forecasting and monitoring project costs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (risk mitigation strategies, action plans to address potential issue, project risks monitoring).
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and project objectives and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage and document changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adequate resources (e.g., manpower, equipment, materials) are available and allocated effectively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers and other functional managers to ensure alignment and integration of project controls with project objectives.
• Coordinate with Contract Management to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

To meet the ambitious goals of an international project in a challengin environment, we are recruiting an experienced

To oversee and manage all aspects of project controls and to ensure the Project Control functions (cost control, planning / scheduling and progress, risk management, and reporting) are established in accordance with the contract and internal requirements for all phases of the project.

This position will be based abroad in a demanding environment, with regular travel on the project site.

Reporting to the Project Director :

• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (Primavera P6), and update the project schedule to reflect actual progress and identify potential delays.

Profil

• Master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in in project controls, planning, and scheduling in the construction industry (at least 5 years’ experience).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Wide ranging independent judgement evident, proven track record in this regard

• Ability to work in challenging environments with 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF rotation schedules.
