We are currently partnering with an international corporate real estate advisory firm that is seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager.

The company operates nationwide and across a broad range of asset, including office buildings, retail , logistics , and alternative real estate. From property valuation and project management to asset management, leasing, and sales, the firm supports its clients at every stage of their real estate strategy .

As Senior Project Manager – Building ,youwilljointhe Building ProjectConsultancyDepartment , amultidisciplinaryteamofapproximately15professionalswithdiverseexperience. Theteamdeliversprojectsfor clientsacrossawiderange ofsectors,including banking, commercial, office,embassy, andindustrial environments. T he department provides services in the following areas: Technical Audits & Due Diligence and Project Management for both tenants and landlords.

Reporting directly to the Head of Department and you will play an active role in the development and growth of the Building Project Consultancy team .

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in defining the client’s requirements in coordination with the contracting authority
  
• Contribute to the technical assessment and diagnosis of building conditions
  
• Su pport the client in defining project needs , assist with risk analysis , and help propose appropriate mitigation measures
  
• Collaborate in managing and coordinating feasibility and design studies
  
• Contribute to the selection of design teams , consultants, and contractors
  
• Assist with the drafting and monitoring of contracts and agreements
  
• Support the monitoring of project progress , schedules , budgets, and handover processes
  
• Contribute to cost and schedule management throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Participate in the management of construction- related warranties and guarantees
  
• Support departmental assignments andassist with the department’sservices, including Technical Due Diligence prior to acquisition
  

Requirements

• Engineering degree with a specialisation in construction, civil engineering, or building engineering (e.g. ESTP or equivalent )
  
• Excellent command of English ( written and spoken )
  
• Highly organised , detail-oriented , and a strong team player
  
• Strong listening skills and effective communication
