CloudHQ is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager, EMEA to lead delivery of utility infrastructure across multiple hyperscale data center projects in the region. You will coordinate with internal teams (development, construction, operations, finance, legal) and external partners to ensure reliability, efficiency and scalability.

The role requires a strong background in managing complex utility projects and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience delivering complex utility infrastructure projects across EMEA; data centre experience preferred.
• Background in complex industrial, grid infrastructure, pharmaceutical, or mission critical / high-tech development.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German, French, Italian and/or Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Establish project leadership for infrastructure projects, building partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the EMEA Energy Lead in negotiations with utilities and grid operators to secure power capacity and interconnection processes.
• Liaise with the EMEA Power Systems Engineer to deliver power solutions across the region.
• Lead project governance, reporting and approvals processes.
• Ensure clear communication of status, risks, and escalation to executive leadership.
• Lead projects from feasibility through construction to delivery of utility infrastructure across EMEA.
• Define and manage scope, budget, programme, and development strategy.
• Support feasibility in respect of utility infrastructure requirements, planning, and zoning constraints.
