egg is seeking a skilled Technical Event Producer to design and deliver technical solutions for live, hybrid and virtual events. You will lead planning, documentation, venue layouts and risk assessments, acting as the bridge between project managers, creatives, clients and suppliers from planning to on-site delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in technical event production, strong multi-discipline knowledge, drawing skills (SketchUp/AutoCAD) and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical event production or live event operations.
• Strong understanding of audiovisual, lighting, video, streaming, networking and event infrastructure.
• Ability to design technical solutions and produce production plans/drawings.
• Proficiency with SketchUp/AutoCAD or equivalent for technical drawings.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Design and recommend technical solutions for live, hybrid and virtual events.
• Lead technical planning and production documentation, venue layouts and risk assessments.
• Act as technical bridge between PMs, creatives, clients and suppliers.
• Source and manage audiovisual partners ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee on-site delivery, installation, operation and dismantling.
• Contribute to tooling, processes and AI-enabled workflows.
