egg is seeking a technically skilled events producer to design and deliver live, hybrid, and virtual experiences. You will plan production, manage venue layouts, and specify equipment, working with PMs, creatives, clients, and suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
You should have 3-5 years in technical event production, strong multi-discipline knowledge, and fluency in English and French. The role offers flexible remote/hybrid work and international opportunities with AI-enabled workflow
At egg we make experiences. Real ones.
The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.
We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.
We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.
You're someone who enjoys turning ambitious ideas into reality. You can look at a creative brief and immediately start thinking about how to make it happen: the technology, the infrastructure, the risks, the suppliers, the budget and the countless details that sit behind a flawless event.
You stay calm when things get complicated, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and take ownership from planning through on-site delivery.
You're also curious about the future of event production. Whether it's AI, automation, smarter workflows or emerging event technologies, you're always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
Things move fast here. Priorities shift. Clients expect excellence.
The people who thrive at egg tend to:
(Yes, the coffee is good. We're not monsters.)

It’s okay to make mistakes here, as long as we own them, learn from them, and don’t keep serving them sunny-side up forever.
We’re proud of a team made up of people from all walks of life, backgrounds and perspectives. We believe this makes our work better, our thinking sharper, and our outcomes stronger.
We welcome applications from all genders, including transgender and non-binary people, as well as BIPOC communities, LGBTQ2S+ communities, and people with visible and non-visible disabilities.
