NHS Supply Chain is seeking an S&OP Lead in the Wakefield region on a permanent, full-time basis. The role coordinates a single, aligned Sales & Operations Planning process across categories, embedding a standardised framework and driving monthly cadence with disciplined governance.

You will own the end-to-end S&OP cycle, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement to raise process maturity and performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• S&OP / IBP expertise leading or coordinating S&OP/IBP processes
• Stakeholder engagement across functions and senior stakeholders
• Structured facilitation of cross-functional discussions with governance
• Proven ability to improve process adherence and maturity
• Strong problem-solving and delivery focus

Responsabilités

• Lead the rollout of a standardised S&OP process across categories
• Own and maintain the monthly S&OP cycle with inputs, outputs and timelines
• Monitor adherence to the S&OP framework and drive improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on a single forward plan
• Drive governance, KPIs, templates and team capability for accountability
