Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or business management.
• 3+ years in S&OP or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills with senior stakeholders.

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle including product, demand, supply reviews.
• Secure collaboration between multiple departments for consensus planning.
• Monitor S&OP KPIs including forecast accuracy and inventory targets.
