NHS Supply Chain is offering an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pathway Manager to lead clinical engagement and drive evidence-based pathway improvements across the North West region. You will work with clinical stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes while delivering measurable value for the NHS.

The role requires extensive clinical experience, strong change-management capabilities, and collaboration with national teams to scale innovations in care pathways.

Qualifications

• Five years' clinical experience and registration with HCPC or NMC.
• Understanding of clinical pathways and patient flow across care settings.
• Strong stakeholder management with clinicians and regulators.
• Experience in pathway redesign and system-level transformation.
• Experience delivering change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationship plans for existing accounts and identify key decision-makers to enable effective project progression.
• Lead development and execution of policies to improve care pathways and adoption of innovation.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement to address needs and concerns.
• Lead clinical engagement with regional stakeholders and provide input for major partnerships.
• Identify and optimise relationships with external and internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Identify process gaps and deliver a small change-management plan.
• Collaborate with Care Pathway teams to optimise value-based workstreams.
