Technip Energies in Paris La Défense seeks a Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer to lead the rotating equipment discipline on major projects for the group. You will drive technical excellence and deliverables across turbomachinery, pumps, and related equipment.

Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will coordinate with project management, procurement, and construction, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality compliance on export and international projects.

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical and / or thermodynamics.
• At least 15 years of experience in Engineering Equipment field.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Manage the team of rotating equipment engineers assigned to a project.
• Provide technical responsibility of the discipline with support of an Expert.
• Report to project management and department head.
• Produce the deliverables of the discipline.
• Monitor budget and planning of the discipline.
• Deploy quality processes and ensure contract compliance.
• Supervise equipment requisition from technical definition to supplier acceptance.
• Act as Project manager combining technical responsibility and team leadership.
• Be the key contact for project management, client, technical disciplines, and purchasing.
