Airswift is seeking a senior rotating equipment engineer to lead all activities for offshore projects, including FPSO experiences. The role requires coordinating multi-discipline interfaces and validating vendor packages against standards.

Strong stakeholder management and English fluency are essential. The candidate will engage in design reviews, FATs, and pre-commissioning activities while ensuring HSE compliance and project schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of rotating equipment engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• At least 3 years of FPSO or offshore project experience.
• Strong experience in detailed engineering and design reviews.
• Experience with FATs and vendor inspections.
• Solid knowledge of API, ISO, ASME and international engineering standards.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all rotating equipment engineering activities through detailed design and procurement.
• Review EPC Contractor design deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, budget, schedule and HSE expectations.
• Manage interfaces between rotating equipment and other disciplines including Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, Technical Safety, and ICSS.
• Review engineering documentation, vendor packages, technical queries, and design modifications.
• Support rotating equipment selection, technical evaluations, procurement activities, vendor management and PO execution.
• Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, HAZOPs, FATs, pre-FATs, and vendor inspections.
• Provide technical support during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, local regulations, and company HSE requirements.

• Review engineering documentation, vendor packages, technical queries, and design modifications.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of rotating equipment engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

At least 3 years of FPSO or similar offshore project experience.

Strong experience in:

• Technical bid evaluations
• FATs and vendor inspections
• Commissioning and pre-commissioning activities

Solid knowledge of API, ISO, ASME, and international engineering standards.

Experience working with EPC contractors on major offshore projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage.
