Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking a Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer to join the Equipment Department in Paris La Défense. You will lead a team of rotating equipment engineers and own technical delivery on complex projects, coordinating with project management, procurement and construction across international teams.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in mechanical/thermodynamics and at least 15 years of experience in engineering equipment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical and/or thermodynamics; 15+ years in Engineering Equipment field from an Engineering Company or Equipment Supplier.
• Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading rotating equipment teams on large projects; ability to interface with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rotating equipment engineers team (2–10 people) across Paris and other centers.
• Provide technical discipline ownership on projects with support from an Expert.
• Report to project management and Equipment Department head.
• Produce discipline deliverables and supervise budget and planning.
• Deploy quality processes and ensure compliance with internal rules and contracts.
• Oversee equipment requisitions from technical definition to supplier acceptance.
