Radancy is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of SaaS implementations and creative projects from concept to production. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks while ensuring an outstanding client experience across digital products and employer branding campaigns.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, agility in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience delivering SaaS implementations.
• Experience in digital agency or creative delivery environment is advantageous.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) desirable.
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken, is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation and creative projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define requirements and delivery plans with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and QA.
• Provide clear reporting and drive issues to resolution with stakeholders.
