NHS Supply Chain is seeking a People Experience Partner to join the People Team in a hybrid role. Two days per week in our Nottingham or Wakefield offices, 12-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start preferred.

You will partner with leaders to translate the People Strategy into practical actions that improve colleague experiences, engagement and performance while supporting business objectives and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar role within a complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations knowledge with pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
• Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into actions.

Contract type: FTC - 12 months

Number of roles – 2 x Nottingham, 1 x Wakefield

Salary: £47,874

Required start date: Due to the immediate business need to support the delivery of key priorities and objectives within the current financial year, we are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately or who have a notice period of no more than four weeks.

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a People Experience Partner to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.

The People Experience Partner plays a key role in delivering our People Strategy through strong partnerships with leaders and managers across assigned directorates.

Combining a people-centred approach with data-led decision making, the role supports the delivery of directorate people plans that drive colleague engagement, capability, performance and organisational effectiveness.

Working closely with People Experience Leads, specialist People teams and business leaders, the People Experience Partner provides pragmatic advice, coaching and challenge to ensure people priorities align with business objectives and organisational values. The role focuses on translating People Strategy into practical actions that improve colleague experiences and support business performance.
