Job summary

Uber in Paris is seeking an Implementation Lead to drive successful onboarding of Enterprise clients on the Uber for Business platform. You will align with Sales and Account Management to ensure fast adoption and steady growth, coordinating with product and finance to streamline integrations and billing.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office collaboration on select days; strong communication and project management are essential for multi-client success and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B client implementation or onboarding, SaaS or payments.
• Experience owning end-to-end deployments from kickoff to adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations with timelines and risks.
• Strong external stakeholder management with influencing skills.
• Comfort with data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, or similar integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; training customers.
• Independent worker in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand goals and set mutual targets.
• Design a launch and implementation plan to drive adoption and supervise for 2–4 months post-launch.
• Set and manage project timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and track progress.
• Ensure customers are trained; create collateral, host office hours, or run training sessions.
• Assist with API, SFTP, or expense integration setups and Monthly Billing submissions.
• Work with product, marketing, and support to ensure a smooth onboarding and strong client experience.
• Manage internal stakeholders across Sales, PM, Operations, and Product.
