Job summary

Uber is seeking an Implementation Lead for France to drive successful onboarding of Uber for Business customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Product to guarantee swift launches, strong adoption, and ongoing optimization.

A hybrid role expects in-person collaboration on Tue–Thu, with optional office days. Responsibilities include defining launch strategies, training customers, and coordinating cross-functional teams for a flawless onboarding experience and long-term growth on

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B client implementation or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience owning end-to-end implementations from kickoff to post-launch adoption.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations with timelines and risks.
• Strong external stakeholder management with client-facing influence.
• Comfort discussing integrations and troubleshooting with technical teams (APIs, SFTP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and teams to define goals and drive adoption.
• Create a launch and implementation strategy, supervise 2–4 months post-launch.
• Set timelines and project plans; manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure customers are trained via video/written collateral or live sessions.
• Assist with API, SFTP, or expense integration setups and billing submissions.
• Work with product, marketing, and support to ensure a seamless onboarding.
