Job summary

Skywise is seeking a Product Support Representative in Toulouse to deploy Fleet Performance Digital Solutions and predictive models, coordinating data mapping, configuration, and customer training. You will serve as the bridge between airline customers and internal teams in a dynamic, global environment.

With 5+ years of experience in aviation data, you will support in-service operations, handle customer queries, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge base content while promoting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Knowledge in Aircraft Maintenance Systems and Maintenance Operations
• Experience in Data Analytics/Science and Digitalization is a plus
• Support experience with customer interface
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey concise, structured instructions
• Training & documentation: develop customer-facing technical documents and knowledge base articles

Responsibilities

• Deploy Fleet Performance Digital Solutions and Predictive Models with data mapping and training
• Bridge between airline customers and internal teams
• Manage customer queries and resolve tickets (L1-L3)
• Support on-call rotations and regional engagement discussions
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge base maintenance
