Job summary

Skywise, an Airbus subsidiary, seeks a Fleet Performance Product Support Representative to act as the primary technical interface for deploying Fleet Performance Digital Solutions and predictive models. You will engage with customer stakeholders on-site when required under guidance of the Customer Success Manager, combining aerospace know-how with strong analytical problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge in Aircraft Maintenance Systems and Maintenance Operations.
• Experience in Data Analytics/Science and Digitalization is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Fleet Performance Digital Solutions and Predictive Models with data mapping and training.
• Provide in-service support and resolve customer queries with timely, high-quality responses.
• Coordinate health checks, engagement plans, and knowledge-base content.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with CX functions.
