Skywise, a leading Airbus subsidiary, is seeking a Fleet Performance Product Support Representative. You will be the primary technical interface for deploying Fleet Performance digital solutions and predictive models, including on-site customer engagement under the guidance of the Customer Success Manager.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with data analytics, and a proven ability to solve complex problems during disruptions. Travel 10-20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge in Aircraft Maintenance Systems and Maintenance Operations.
• Experience in Data Analytics/Science and Digitalization is a plus.
• Experience in customer interface.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to conduct customer training and create knowledge base articles.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making during disruptions.
• Multitasking and time management.

Responsabilités

• Deploy Fleet Performance digital solutions and predictive models.
• Manage customer stakeholders and delivery tasks.
• Provide on-site visits and customer training.
• Support testing and acceptance phases with issue resolution.
• Handle in-service support and customer queries on time/quality.
• Lead regular follow-ups and coordinate across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel 10-20%.
