Hello Tomorrow is seeking an enthusiastic intern to support back-office tasks for our mobile app, the Summit, and Deep Tech Days. You will report to the Event Manager and help with attendee support, ticketing, and data extraction for post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Available January 2027 to June 2027.
• Holds a MSc in Business, IT, Event Management, or related field.
• Experience in mobile app management or customer support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer attendee emails and manage tickets on the platform.
• Generate promo codes and monitor tickets booked by partners.
• Prepare weekly data analyses of tickets and attendees.
• Create profiles for speakers and exhibitors in the app.
• Support app configuration and content upload for Summit and Deep Tech Days.
