Scaleway is seeking a motivated Master’s student to join our Field Marketing team in Paris, supporting the preparation and delivery of a busy events calendar across multiple regions. You will manage event logistics, on-site operations, vendor coordination, and stock management, while gaining hands-on experience in field marketing and cross-team collaboration.

You will contribute to major moments like VivaTech and ai-PULSE as the team scales, working in a collaborative, international environment

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management or Project Management is required.
First experience in event organization or coordination (internship, apprenticeship, student job, or associative experience).
Interest in event operations, logistics and field marketing.
Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack or similar.
Professional written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

Prepare the logistics of events (orders, deliveries, goodies, materials, and assets).
Ensure on-site event operations, including setup, coordination, and real-time issue resolution.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Support the installation and dismantling of event booths and spaces.
Maintain and track event materials, stock, and inventories.
Follow operational checklists to guarantee high-quality execution.
Assist in managing multiple events simultaneously and proactively solve operational issues.
