Ipsen Pharma (SAS) seeks a Contracting Center of Excellence Specialist Coordinator for an 18-month fixed term contract based in Paris. The role oversees end-to-end contracting with HCPs, HCOs, patients and patient organisations to support Global Medical Affairs, GPPS, Corporate Affairs, Neurotoxins and Global R&D activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracting, operations or related roles within life sciences.
• Project management experience with HCPs/HCOs/PAs is required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Organized and adaptable to high-volume, parallel contracts.
• Strong communication, integrity and professionalism.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely contracting with HCPs, HCOs, Patients and POs per Ipsen processes.
• Collaborate with Ipsen business teams to understand engagement scope.
• Follow engagement processes including country profiles and local medical affairs.
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts using Ipsen templates.
• Support French contracting activities and act as local contact.
• Escalate contracting and compliance issues to the Specialist Legal Coordinator.
• Maintain high ethical standards in interactions with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and corporate policies.
• Manage communications with HCPs, HCOs, POs throughout contracting.
• Oversee payments and reimbursements to external stakeholders per policies.
• Prepare regular reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Global Legal and other functions to share best practices.
