Ipsen Pharma (SAS) seeks a Clinical Contract Manager to ensure clinical research activities comply with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements. You will oversee the Clinical Contract Associate (CCA) team and provide expert guidance on contracts and data protection for studies, registries, and managed access programs.

The role sits within Global Medical Clinical Operations / Clinical Excellence and requires a Master’s degree in Law, strong GDPR knowledge, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law required.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy in clinical research.
• Experience in clinical contract negotiation or data privacy compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee contractual content and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
• Act as clinical data privacy champion for Global Medical Clinical Operations.
• Provide guidance to Clinical Operations teams on contracts and data privacy.
• Co-lead recruitment and onboarding for the Clinical Contract Associate team.
