Ipsen recherche un Clinical Contract Manager pour superviser les activités contractuelles cliniques et assurer la conformité juridique et de protection des données. Vous travaillerez au sein de Global Medical Clinical Operations et encadrerez l’équipe CCA afin de garantir un démarrage et une exécution des études conformes.

Le candidat devra posséder un Master en droit et une expérience avérée en négociation de contrats cliniques dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, avec une maîtrise de l’anglais.

• Expérience avérée en négociation de contrats cliniques et conformité data privacy.
• Maîtrise du cadre GDPR et des contrats cliniques dans l’industrie pharma.

Responsabilités

• Apporter un oversight juridique sur les contrats cliniques et programmes.
• Assurer la conformité avec les exigences légales, réglementaires et de protection des données.
• Co-diriger le recrutement, onboarding et formation de l’équipe CCA.
• Fournir conseils opérationnels pour démarrer et conduire les études dans le respect des SOPs.

We aim to make a sustainable difference by significantly improving patients’ health and quality of life, providing effective therapeutic solutions for unmet medical needs through differentiated and innovative medicines in Oncology, Neurosciences, and Rare Diseases.**Why Ipsen?****Patient-Focused**: The patient is at the heart of everything we do, and improving their outcomes is the deliverable of every strategy.**Employee Care**: We care for our employees, who are the ambassadors making a real difference.**Bold Leadershi****p**: We attract and develop bold, agile, entrepreneurial individuals who take full ownership of their decisions.**Growth Opportunities**: We offer a wealth of fulfilling challenges and growth opportunities in a fast-moving, game-changing organization.**About the Role:**The **Clinical Contract Manager** ensures that clinical research activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and data privacy requirements, and oversees the Clinical Contract Associate (CCA) team activities.Positioned within Global Medical Clinical Operations / Clinical Excellence, you provide expert support and oversight on contracts managed by the department (clinical studies, managed access programs, contractors) and data protection matters, enabling compliant and efficient study execution while safeguarding patient data and Ipsen’s legal obligations.**Main Responsibilities****Clinical Contracts Compliance****Applicable to studies and programs managed by Global Medical Clinical Operations or any potential other activities delegated by global legal*** Provide expert oversight and guidance on agreements,* Ensure contractual content is fully compliant with applicable legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements.**Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance*** Act as the clinical data privacy champion for Global Medical Clinical Operations.* Ensure compliance with GDPR and/or any applicable data protection laws for clinical studies, registries and Managed Access Programs.* Review and support privacy‐related documentation**Advisory, Training & Operational Support*** Act as a trusted advisor to Clinical Operations teams on clinical contracts and data privacy topics.* Provide pragmatic, solution‐oriented guidance to facilitate study start‐up and execution while maintaining legal compliance.**Clinical Contract Associate (CCA) Team oversight*** Co-lead with the head of function, the recruitment process for the CCA team (workforce planning, job descriptions, interviews, selection, and onboarding).* Define, deploy, and continuously improve the onboarding and training program to ensure consistent understanding of clinical contracting processes, compliance requirements, and internal SOPs.**Qualifications*** **Master's degree in Law** **(mandatory)*** **Proven experience in clinical contract negotiation and/or data privacy compliance** **within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry*** **Prior experience working within the** **pharmaceutical industry**.* Strong working knowledge of GDPR, data protection regulations in clinical research, and clinical contracting frameworks* Solid expertise in data protection and data privacy* Fluent in English (written and spoken)* French is a plus#LI-HYBRID
