Ipsen PharmSciences SAS is seeking a Quality Technician to help shape quality excellence in Pharmaceutical Development. You will support the Quality Management System, manage quality records, and participate in compliance activities to ensure high-quality, compliant development of medicines.

The role requires 2-5 years in a Quality function, knowledge of GMP, and fluency in French and English. A hybrid work setup is available, with global collaboration across Ipsen’s development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• 2-5 years’ experience within a Quality function.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulated environments.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with digital systems and quality tools.
• French & English (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Support deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Pharmaceutical Development activities.
• Manage quality records and documentation within electronic quality and document management systems.
• Support quality reporting, performance monitoring, and Quality Management Reviews.
• Coordinate training activities and maintain Learning Management System records.
• Participate in self-inspections and quality compliance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and promote a strong quality culture across the organisation.
