Energy Jobline ATTB in Brunswick, Maine, seeks an experienced Civil Engineer – Project Manager to lead site/civil design, permitting, and construction support for multi-family, commercial, and industrial projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, prepare layouts and stormwater plans, manage scopes and budgets, and liaison with clients and authorities.

A 4–8+ year background, Civil Engineering degree, and AutoCAD/HydroCAD proficiency are required; Maine PE license preferred; hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 4–8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Maine PE license preferred.
• Strong site/civil design and land development experience.
• Experience with permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site/civil engineering and land development projects from concept through design, permitting and construction support.
• Prepare and review site layouts, grading plans, utility designs, and erosion and sediment control plans.
• Design and coordinate stormwater management systems.
• Develop and manage project scopes, contracts, schedules, budgets, deliverables and client expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, surveyors, planners and contractors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare engineering reports, permit applications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with municipal and state agencies throughout permitting and approval.
• Attend site visits, meetings and public hearings as required.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and regulatory staff.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the practice.
