TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets support testing, commercial ride-hailing, and city launches across Europe. You will coordinate diverse teams to ensure safety, uptime, and deployment readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in fleet operations, strong leadership, and the ability to manage 24/7 operations while delivering KPI-driven results in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, mobility services, logistics, or related operational fields.
• Proven track record leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing 24/7 or shift-based operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots and sites.
• Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure safety and readiness.
• Oversee depot operations, fleet maintenance, and readiness for testing, deployments, and new city launches.
• Develop shift schedules, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and performance summaries; manage customer visits and audits.
