The successful candidate will bring a strong HVAC technical background, experience in after-sales service, and fluency in French with good English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or service network management, preferably in HVAC.
• Fluent in French and good working proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain an authorised after-sales service network across France for RAC, PAC, and LCAC products.
• Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair; deliver technical training to distributors, dealers, installers, and service partners.
• Manage authorised service providers and suppliers, monitor service quality and performance, and optimise service coverage and efficiency.
• Handle warranty claims, technical issues, and customer complaints, coordinating with local partners and headquarters to ensure timely resolution.
• Establish local service procedures, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service quality.
