Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. (SWM) in France seeks an HR Shared Services Specialist to execute and support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
You will be a key contact for employees and managers, partnering with HRBP, Finance and COE teams to ensure seamless data processing and lifecycle transactions. You will help drive standardization, support improvements, and maintain positive employee experiences, reporting progress to leadership.

Under general direction, the HR Shared Services Specialist executes and supports HR operations activities across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing high-quality support and resolving inquiries related to HR processes, and systems. The Specialist partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other Centers of Excellence areas to ensure seamless processing of employee data and lifecycle transactions, while maintaining data integrity across HR systems. Additionally, this role contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, supporting standardization efforts, and helping drive an efficient, consistent, and positive employee experience. This position reports the status of all projects and initiatives to their leader.
This is an SWM contract.
