Renvolt Energy in Paris is seeking an HR Projects Specialist to lead and deliver key HR transformation projects across the Group. This hands-on role works with HR teams, business leaders, employees, IT and external partners in an international environment.

You will scope and design projects, define objectives and KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and drive initiatives such as onboarding transformation, employee engagement, HR digitalization and change management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with strong HR project experience.
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment.
• Experience with HR digital transformation and/or HRIS implementation is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• French, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR projects from scoping and design through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, governance and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage risks, priorities and dependencies.
• Drive key HR transformation initiatives, including: Job description harmonization and alignment with job architecture and career frameworks.
• Onboarding transformation, including process redesign and potential HR digital solution implementation.
• Employee engagement & retention, including engagement surveys, career development and recognition initiatives.
• HR digitalization, training and skills development projects.
• Develop change management and communication plans to support project adoption.
• Prepare presentations, training materials and communications for HR and business stakeholders.
• Ensure sustainable processes and ownership are established after project implementation.

Under the responsibility of the HR Director, the HR Projects Specialist will lead and deliver key HR transformation projects across the Group. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, working closely with HR teams, business leaders, employees, IT and external partners in an international environment.

Your responsibilities
