Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. (SWM) in France seeks an HR Shared Services Specialist to execute and support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will be a key contact for employees and managers, partnering with HRBP, Finance and COE teams to ensure seamless data processing and lifecycle transactions. You will help drive standardization, support improvements, and maintain positive employee experiences, reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or Shared Services.
• 1-3 years of experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in English and French, including strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Processes employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, terminations, and data changes.
• Maintains accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Ensures HRIS data accuracy.
• Supports payroll processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Responds to employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies.
• Maintains compliance and audit documentation.
• Partners with HR and other Center of Excellence to support daily operations.
• Supports reporting and reconciliations.
• Identifies and implement process improvements.
• Ensures policy compliance.
