Human Resources Business Partner (Part Time)

Topologie is a global co-creation fashion brand empowering customers to deconstruct their style and unlock endless possibilities. We are seeking a structured and hands-on Part-time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Paris, France to manage HR operations, recruitment, and legal compliance across our EU locations. Working on a flexible part-time basis, you will serve as the key HR point of contact for managers and team members in Europe, bridging local operational needs with global HR strategies.

Human Resources Business Partner (Part Time)

What you’ll be doing?

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
• Utilize effective selling technique to maximize sales opportunities
• Encourage additional purchase though thoughtful spelling and cross- selling
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist the store manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Work closely with team members to achieve common goals
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
• Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• adhere to company policies and procedure to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
