ATR is seeking a Human Factors Specialist to support the development, modification, and certification of large aircraft (CS-25) in Toulouse. The role focuses on HF, HMI, and procedural compliance to enhance operational safety and system robustness for pilots, flight crews, and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of aeronautics, flight operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience drafting compliance demonstrations and certification dossiers.
• Ability to lead projects with partners and universities.

Responsabilités

• Participate in task and procedure analyses (HTA/CTA) and assess workload and situational awareness.
• Evaluate Human-Machine Interface (HMI) against CS/FAR-25, AMC GM requirements and aviation standards.
• Identify human factors risks related to information overload, interface ambiguities, and error risks.
• Draft and present compliance demonstrations and certification dossiers to authorities.
