ATR in Toulouse is seeking a Safety Specialist within the Engineering Directorate, in Pierre Escané’s team, to participate in system safety analyses for all aircraft systems following ARP 4754(A) and ARP 4761. You will work closely with designers to ensure safety requirements are defined and validated across programs.

You will interact with certification authorities, prepare safety documentation, and support the airworthiness service and maintenance teams with safety justifications and time

Qualifications

• Experience performing safety analyses to ARP 4754/4761 guidelines.
• Ability to determine safety requirements for equipment/systems.
• Engagement with certification authorities throughout projects.

Responsabilités

• Write and update safety analyses and safety-related documents.
• Define safety requirements to be provided to suppliers.
• Discuss safety aspects with certification authorities and review meetings.
• Attend project reviews and update existing safety documents.
• Support airworthiness by defining in-service event severity for systems.
• Assist scheduled maintenance teams with Time Limits justifications.
