Qualifications

• Experience applying Human Factors to workstation/HMI design.
• Knowledge of ergonomic criteria and cognitive workload assessment.
• Familiarity with end-to-end HFE processes across systems lifecycles.

Responsabilités

• Apply HFE to ensure user-centered workstation/HMI designs.
• Design workstations for cockpits, flight decks, and mission consoles.
• Prototype HMI hardware and software using simulations and mock-ups.
• Lead end-to-end HFE activities from concept to service.
• Conduct mission/task/ergonomic/workload analyses and HMI validation.
