Nexans in Paris is seeking an Land Installation HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across France and Europe, with travel to multiple sites. The role reports to the Head of Projects (France) and operates within the PWR-T land portfolio.

You will implement proactive risk management, conduct audits, train teams and ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HSE leadership in land installation, construction, or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and risk management.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Follow-up Land Frame Agreements in France and coordinate with other HSE functions in the PWR-T European land Portfolio.
• Lead safety programs and behavioral safety initiatives and report KPI to senior management.
• Oversee incident management processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal HSE policies.
• Conduct HSE audits, site inspections, and compliance verifications.
• Provide HSE training and awareness sessions for project teams.
• Act as primary HSE interface for customers during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead strategic HSE initiatives, including digital safety tools and predictive analytics.
• Align HSE strategies with corporate sustainability and ESG goals.
