Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking a HRIS Project Manager for Payroll and HR Administration to oversee functional support, governance and improvements of local HR applications. You will manage incidents, document processes, and coordinate with HRIS, IT and vendors.

Role requires 3-5 years in HRIS/HR tech, payroll experience, and strong project-management skills. You will contribute to HR transformation programmes while ensuring data integrity and user readiness across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IS, or business-related field.
• 3-5 years in HRIS, HR Applications or HR technology environments.
• Experience managing HRIS projects and system enhancements.
• Experience working with payroll and HR administration processes.
• Background in application support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional focal point for local Payroll and HR Administration applications.
• Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and user guides.
• Coordinate with HRIS, IT teams and external vendors as required.
• Analyze incidents and manage tickets through resolution.
• Conduct UAT and validate fixes before deployment.
• Support payroll transformation and system migrations.
