Job summary

Technip Energies in Paris is seeking an HRIS Project Manager to lead the functional support, governance and continuous improvement of local Payroll and HR Administration applications. You will coordinate HRIS projects, liaise with HR, IT and vendors, and ensure data integrity across HR systems.

You will gather requirements, validate changes through UAT, manage incidents, and drive payroll transformations in a multicultural, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IS, BA or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR applications or HR technology environments.
• Experience managing HRIS projects and system enhancements.
• Experience working with payroll and/or HR administration processes.
• Experience in application support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional focal point for payroll and HR administration applications.
• Analyze incidents and coordinate fixes with IT and vendors.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Support payroll transformation initiatives and project delivery.
