Technip Energies is seeking an HRIS Expert to join the team in Nanterre, France. The role supports both operational and strategic HRIS initiatives, driving improvements to processes, user experience, and service delivery across France, Germany and Belgium.

• Support France local HRIS initiatives with the P&C Technology Generalist Manager for Europe.
• Lead and coordinate form/workflow solutions and UAT for new features.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a HRIS Expert (M/F) to join our team based in Nanterre, France.

Job purpose

The HRIS Expert (internally called P&C Technology Generalist) – The role supports the P&C Technology Manager in France on operational and strategic initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of P&C Technology processes, user experience, and service delivery. The incumbent acts as a key partner in the implementation of local and global technology enhancements, testing of new functionalities, support HR campaigns, change management activities, and advanced support topics. He/she proactively identifies improvement opportunities, challenges existing ways of working, and drives simplification, automation, and efficiency across P&C Technology processes.

• Internally: key interactions: P&C Technology Generalists across the world, P&C Technology Product owners, P&C Community, Communication, Digiteam (IT), Finance, GBS teams, Compliance and Sourcing & Procurement
• Externally: key interactions: External Service Providers, peers from other companies, communities of experts.

Reporting to

to P&C Technology Generalist Manager for Europe

Main accountabilities

• Support the P&C Technology Manager in France on local P&C Technology initiatives, projects, and operational priorities.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of a form and workflow solution to monitor and support work-life balance initiatives, ensuring alignment with local requirements and global standards.
• Participate to the replacement of the medical tool.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex P&C Technology issues, partnering with Product Owners, Digiteam, and other stakeholders to investigate, resolve, and prevent recurring incidents.
• Strongly participate to Data Quality improvement.
• Coordinate and execute functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for new system features, enhancements, and releases.
• Support deployment activities by preparing communication, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure successful adoption of new functionalities.
• Drive change management activities related to local and global P&C Technology initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and positive user experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and optimization, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Challenge existing ways of working and promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across the P&C Technology landscape.
• Monitor end-user feedback and support metrics to identify trends, improve system usability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Geographical scope : France, Germany, Belgium.
• Functional scope: all global HR systems (Core HR, Recruitment, C&B, Global Mobility, Case Management, Onboarding/offboarding workflows, Reporting, Learning, …)
• Experience in testing, change management, and system deployment activities.
• Ability to challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in incident resolution and advanced application support (Level 3 support) is an advantage.
• Continuous improvement, automation, and employee experience orientation.
